We drove to Kamloops today. As the smoke lessen, the rain started, so we had light sprinkles most of the day. Passed through some interesting small towns, Clinton and Catch Creek. We drove 359 miles today. The sky was hazy, reminding us of LA smog. The best part of the day was arriving at our destination, Quesnel, and finding a really good brewery there.

Roller coaster road and…

Turned onto the Cassiar Highway at Junction 37 on the Alaska Highway. The first 20 miles or so is an oiled gravel pavement. Not bad but certainly not smooth either.
