We continued on the Glenn Highway into Palmer today and saw 2 survivors from the ice age – the Matanuska Glacier and musk oxen (well, they looked like it anyway!) Arrived in Palmer in time for a farmer’s market and also found 2 of our favorite things – a train engine and a local brewery. Stopped for the night at the Matanuska River Park All in all, a good day. 7/27/18
